777i ("we", "us", "platform") is an online entertainment platform offering cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and a variety of other gaming services. These terms and conditions apply to all use of 777i's services, website, and applications.

By registering on our platform, logging in, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

The following terms apply to financial transactions on 777i:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Deposited funds must come from the user's own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the deposit amount is correct and comes from a legitimate source.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity and payment verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever possible.

The following terms apply to bonuses and promotional offers on 777i:

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total ৳17,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated at the time the offer is accepted.
• Bonuses are for personal and recreational use only — accounts will be investigated if bonus abuse is suspected.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed by multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household.
• 777i reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program.

The following rules apply to gaming and betting activity on 777i:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error has left the bet unsettled.
• If a bet or game is left incomplete due to a technical error or connectivity issue, 777i will handle it in accordance with its specific policy.
• For sports betting, all odds and markets are set by 777i and are subject to change.
• If a technical error or glitch is exploited in any account, the associated winnings will be considered void.
• 777i offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports; all bets are subject to these terms and conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777i platform, and any violation may result in account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in betting or gaming.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or interfere with the platform's systems, servers, or network.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or offers.
• Harassing, intimidating, or discriminating against other users.
• Operating an account using false or falsified identity information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair gain (in such cases, our support team should be notified immediately).
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

All content, designs, logos, software, graphics, text, images, and code on the 777i platform are the intellectual property of 777i or its licensors.

• No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Game software and content are owned by their respective providers and are used under their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777i is not liable for:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party server failures, or other technical disruptions.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or improper management of account information.
• Loss caused by third-party actions or cyberattacks, provided we have taken reasonable security measures.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) — natural disasters, war, pandemics, and the like.

However, this limitation does not reduce the user's legal rights, and your rights under applicable consumer protection law remain fully intact.

777i reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification, or evidence of providing false information.
• During an investigation for financial reasons (chargebacks, disputed transactions).
• The user requests account closure themselves.

Before closing an account, the return of the user's legitimate balance will be considered, provided no violation has been established. Users may also request account closure at any time — in that case, all outstanding balances will be settled in due course.

777i believes that gaming is a recreational activity and should be enjoyed responsibly. We place the highest importance on our users' mental and financial wellbeing.
